My favourite way to brew coffee. The Hario V60 is a Japanese invention that brings out bright aromas and clean, smooth flavours: all in about 3 minutes. It’s easy to use, endlessly versatile, and perfect for slow, intentional mornings.

Beginner V60 Recipe

• Coffee: 18g
• Grind size: medium coarse
• Water: 300ml filtered water at 93°C

How to brew:

1. Put the paper filter in the V60 and rinse it out
2. Add the coffee and place it over a cup or pitcher
3. Pour 60ml of hot water in a slow circle
4. Wait 30 seconds – let it bloom 
5. Repeat this 5 times until you reach 300ml total

Now, all you need is coffee and paper filters.
