Where did my coffee grow?
In the lush landscapes of El Paraíso farm (2200m above sea level), in the coffee region of Quindio, in Colombia. It was produced by Jairo Arcila at his farm, Finca Villarazo.
How was my coffee processed?
It was processed naturally. After handpicking fully ripe coffee cherries, these are laid in the sun to dry. It occurs as a natural fermentation leaving the bean infused with a fruity flavour.
Who roasted my coffee?
Our friends at TORRA in Lisbon who are certified specialty-grade coffee roasters and maintain great connections with selected Brazilian producers.
