Where did my coffee grow?
At an altitude of 2100 m above sea level, in Yirgacheffe, in the coffee region of Konga, Ethiopia. Local smallholder producers grew and processed this coffee.

How was my coffee processed?
This coffee is processed using the traditional fully washed method: handpicked cherries are de-pulped on harvest day, fermented for 36-48 hours, and washed in clean water to remove any remaining mucilage.
