Where did my coffee grow?
Grown in the highlands of Guji, between 1850 and 1950 masl, the coffee cherries are produced by over 650 smallholder farmers, each with an average farm size of 5 acres per farmer.

How was my coffee processed?
It was processed naturally. After handpicking fully ripe coffee cherries, these are laid in the sun to dry. It occurs as a natural fermentation leaving the bean infused with a fruity flavour.

Who roasted my coffee?
Our friends at TORRA in Lisbon who are certified specialty-grade coffee roasters and maintain great connections with selected Brazilian producers.
